The Dry shampoo is a contemporary product that was created in the 70s by Pierre Fabre, in order to make life easier for many people who did not have a sufficient water supply at home or who were hospitalized.

This product can help women who suffer from oily hair and who do not want to wash it every day because, according to some beliefs, it could eliminate the essential oils that protect it and damage it further.

Similarly, dry shampoo is also capable of bailing out anyone who is late for school or work and hasn’t been able to wash their hair, or someone who is going on a camping trip, where resources are unlikely of personal hygiene are found.

In all the supermarkets they usually sell these products, the disadvantage is that some contain many chemicals, which damage the hair and the environment, as well as they have very high prices that not everyone has the power to pay.

The only function of dry shampoo is clean the hair and it can even add volume and texture to those that are very straight and thin. Another advantage is that it can be applied in less than two minutes, leaving hair looking shiny, clean and without wasting water.
