1. Define the details of the job

2. Configure candidate options

  1. Under the heading “How would you like to receive candidates?” »Heading, click on the Receive candidates by drop-down list to choose between E-mail and External website.
  2. You can change the receiving e-mail address by clicking in the E-mail address box and changing the pre-filled email address. Otherwise, leave as is.

  5. Uncheck the Diploma required checkboxes if you want to make the requirement optional.
  6. You can click on the X on the far right to remove any screening questions that you do not want to show to candidates.
  7. In the second section “Add screening questions” you can add more than 14 screening questions. Simply hover your mouse pointer over any screening question to reveal the details.
  8. Click on the + sign to add additional screening questions to the previous ones.
  9. Applicants who do not meet your requirements can be archived, filtered, and sent an automatic rejection message explaining why they were not selected.
  10. To do this, go to Qualification parameter section and check the appropriate box.
  11. You can also modify the rejection message template to your liking. The message will be sent by LinkedIn to rejected applicants three calendar days after their application.
